Classes take place in a unique, purpose built, home based dance studio at; 120 Whitton Dene, Hounslow, Middlesex, TW3 2JU.

The studio was named and built around an original ‘Sadler’s Wells’ ballet barre which was ‘lovingly removed’ from the top floor studio when the building was demolished in 1996. I am happy and proud to say that this rehearsal barre was used by Darcey Bussell, Margot Fonteyn, Rudolf Nureyev, Mikhail Baryshinikov and Sylvie Guillem (most probably!) and it continues to give joy to all who dance at it!

The home setting adds to the personable and relaxed friendly atmosphere of the sessions. This is often lacking from big, intimidating sometimes sterile environments of commercial gyms.

Please note that there are no shower facilities available for use after the class, however, due to the nature of the class you will have worked up an internal heat rather than an external sweat that comes with high impact classes.

There is free off street parking along Whitton Dene and its surrounding roads.
