Barre Belles -Barre Conditioning Classes
These classes are designed to be different each week and are always set to uplifting, feel-good music. Focusing on core strength and posture, a typical class includes a warm up, exercises at a fixed ballet barre, upper body work with light weights or bands, balances, mat based floor work and stretches throughout.
BarreConcept training is a non-stop, high intensity workout but low impact, therefore protecting your joints but still effectively burning fat. At the ‘Dance Barre’ you will get fast results, drastically changing your body shape, creating a leaner, longer, stronger body including a sculpted physique, strong muscles and enhanced flexibility, similar to that of a dancer.
You have come to the right place if you want to tone your thighs, lift your backside, shape your arms, reduce your waistline, flatten your abs and become body confident and strong, with a few laughs along the way!
Silver Barre Belles – For the over 60’s
These classes are ballet based and set at a slower pace. We still focus on strengthening and posture but the class is not high intensity. There is no jumping or high impact moves in this class.
The class will start with a gentle warm up followed by ballet exercises at the fixed barre. Some light conditioning work with resistance bands for the upper body. Finishing with centre work, learning easy to follow choreographed lyrical ballet such as Swan Lake, The Nutcracker and Sleeping Beauty.
There is no floor work in this class.

Pilates – Mat Based Classes
This class is for everyone. Focusing on engaging and strengthening the core muscles – abdominals, lower back, hips and buttocks, which are crucial for stability and overall body function. The class supports proper breathing techniques which can reduce stress and improve overall health.
You have come to the right place if you want improved balance, posture, muscle strength and tone.
