My classes are designed to be different each week and are always set to high-energy, feel-good music. Focusing on core strength and posture, a typical class includes a warm up, exercises at a fixed ballet barre, upper body work with light weights or bands, balances, mat based floor work and stretches throughout.

BarreConcept training is a non-stop, high intensity workout but low impact, therefore protecting your joints but still effectively burning fat. At the ‘Dance Barre’ you will get fast results, drastically changing your body shape, creating a leaner, longer, stronger body including a sculpted physique, strong muscles and enhanced flexibility, similar to that of a dancer.

You have come to the right place if you want to tone your thighs, lift your backside, shape your arms, reduce your waistline, flatten your abs and become body confident and strong, with a few laughs along the way!
